OneStop Pro® is a multi-award-winning construction software for the brand and manufacturer-independent management, scheduling and evaluation of all machines, equipment, vehicles and people.
In combination with the desktop application, the OneStop Pro app offers the following functions in particular:
- Machine and equipment management:
a) Registration of new equipment (incl. documents and pictures)
b) Viewing machine and equipment data (general data, description, technical data, timeline, location, documents and images)
c) Digital machine and equipment file: Adding pictures and documents to machines/devices.
d) Capture of operating hours
e) Capture of mileage
f) Identifying machines/equipment via QR code scan
- Deployment of resources and bulk items: Transfer of machines, equipment as well as consumables and supplies
- Damage management: capture of damage (incl. documents and pictures)
- Maintenance and inspection management: overview of due maintenance and inspections

Daily workflows are simplified and can be completed more quickly. The bundling of all information in one system enables 100 % transparency and overview.
The user works with a single system (OneStop Pro) and thus gains the benefit of full transparency and a complete overview.
Thanks to its broad functional scope, OneStop Pro has a product to suit every customer and every set of circumstances.
OneStop Pro offers four different products: Go!, Telematics, Business and All-Inclusive.
GO!, the entry-level product, offers the basic set of functions, such as a brand- and manufacturer-independent overview of all machines, tools and vehicles. It also enables you to manage maintenance appointments and inspections digitally.
TELEMATICS provides a coherent overview of locations, live information and the movements of all machines and tools. Existing and new telematics and manufacturer information can be displayed at the touch of a button.
BUSINESS enables OneStop Pro customers to digitally deploy and schedule resources, monitor costs and carry out evaluations.
ALL-INCLUSIVE does the lot, as you might expect, combining the functions of all the OneStop Pro products in a single application.
